Christmas 2008 was a fabulous time. Our celebration of the season began with our church Christmas program "Best Seat in the House". It was a great success with nearly the whole family involved in the production. A long time dream of mine became a reality when I wrote the play for the kids at our church! I couldn't believe people liked it, much less wanted to perform it! God really blessed that! Melissa was one of the featured angels, Cameron was a "taunter of Joseph", and Lauren sang a solo for the production! Dad was behind the camera capturing it all. What a fun memory I'll treasure always! I followed that up with some Christmas baking with friends, a shopping day with Kevin, and school Christmas parties for the girls. Grandpa & Grandma Bonner, Teri & Fred along with Tate and Trianna, and Uncle Chuck & Aunt Sally and Michelle joined us Christmas Day for a feast and great fellowship. With 70 mile wind gusts, we worried whether or not they'd arrive on our doorstep or somewhere in Nebraska, but thankfully they made it. While the weather outside was frightful, inside our home it was delightful!
